RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items sold AS IS. No refunds/returns/exchanges/cancellations. If item hasn't left our location yet, you may cancel a transaction within 24hr from initial sale time for a full refund or after 24hrs you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 

All items are around 40-60 years old, so PLEASE EXPECT SIGNS OF WEAR (dents, scratches, dings, scuffs, tears, smudges, etc).  We don't offer warranty on any item, as these pieces are vintage. If something breaks or malfunctions after purchase, we are not responsible for fixing, replacing, or accepting a return. 

We will describe items to the best of our abilities. We are happy to provide more pictures and/or video. 

SHIPPING

*AN ADDITIONAL $100 WILL BE CHARGE IF DELIVERY NEEDS COI

We will select the shipper based on pricing and not timing. Not responsible for delays. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping. PLEASE BE PATIENT. Shipping generally takes 1-8 weeks after item is picked up depending on your location, but could be more due to unforeseen reasons we cannot control. We are not responsible for delays. 

If there are any accessibility issues (COI, stairs, mountains, unpaved roads, etc) or availability constraints please let us know before buying since it may affect quote and shipper selected.

Once the item has been picked up, buyer is fully responsible for following up with the shipper.

Please make yourself available for the delivery, otherwise you may be moved to the next route. Shippers will be insured. If there are any damages during transit it is your responsibility to bring it up to the driver's attention BEFORE he leaves your location, so please inspect the item right away, otherwise we can't process any claim.

PICKUPS

You are welcome to pick up your items at our warehouse. Sold items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase. Items left after 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be re-listed unless arrangements have been made directly with Flipatik.
